Privacy Policy

1. We collect your email, login activity (IP address, device type) and, if you choose to verify, your identity documents.
2. Identity documents are encrypted at rest, viewed only by authorised reviewers, and every view is logged.
3. Documents of rejected applications are deleted after a fixed period. Approved records are kept as long as the law requires.
4. We do not sell your data. Emails are sent through our email provider only for account and security messages.
5. You can ask for a copy of your data or for corrections by contacting support (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
